Common Roofing Problems We Investigate & Repair from Persistent Leaks to Failed Roof Details
We’re regularly called in after failed repairs where the real issue was missed — poor detailing, failed flashings, box gutter issues or underlying construction defects.
We identify the cause and fix it properly.
Investigations are chargeable. Typical costs from £150–£450 + VAT depending on access and scope of works (ladder, scaffold tower or mobile access equipment).
We can arrange all access as required. Where we carry out the works, this cost is often offset depending on the job — and avoids the guesswork many contractors price into their repairs.
Roof Leak Specialists in Portsmouth & Hampshire
We work with homeowners, landlords and property managers to identify the cause of ongoing issues and fix them at the source with long-lasting repairs — not temporary fixes.
We regularly carry out work across Hampshire, particularly Whiteley and surrounding developments, where many issues are caused by poor original workmanship rather than age.
These often include failed leadwork, slipping hip tiles and poorly detailed roof junctions.
